A federal court has blocked Alabama from creating new congressional maps. The Wisconsin DNR updated its reptile keeping and handling rules. Trails will open to UTV and ATVs for Wisconsinites on June 1 and there are some new rules. Neenah is suing the DNR over development of a park. Also, a poll shows most Wisconsinites backed the failed surplus deal.
